We collect and process information strictly necessary for technical discovery and project execution. This includes:

• Professional Identifiers: Name, role, company affiliation, and contact details provided via our discovery forms.
• Technical Context: High-level information shared regarding your tech stack, architectural bottlenecks, and modernization requirements prior to NDA execution.
• Analytical Telemetry: Standard website usage metrics to optimize our own interface engineering, stripped of personally identifiable markers where possible.

As an AI-Native Consultancy, we utilize advanced diagnostic and analytical models. However, we maintain strict isolation between client data and public AI training sets. Information submitted through our website or during initial consultation is never fed into open AI models or used to train external systems without explicit, opt-in programmatic consent.

We implement deterministic security protocols. Access to submitted technical and organizational data is restricted to senior engineering partners involved in your specific technical discovery process. All data is stored in secure, compliance-aware repositories utilizing zero-trust architectures.

Nouku does not sell, trade, or rent your data. We may share necessary information with trusted infrastructure partners (e.g., secure hosting providers) strictly for the purpose of operating our business, provided they adhere to equivalent confidentiality standards.

You retain full control over your submitted data. To request an audit, modification, or deletion of your records within our pre-engagement systems, please direct your inquiry to our compliance team at compliance@noukutech.com.

When you submit an introduction through our Introduce Your Capability form, we collect the following categories of personal data strictly for the purpose of evaluating your application:

• Identity & Contact: Full name, email address, and mobile number.
• Date of Birth: Collected solely to assess career timeline coherence and identify gaps relative to your stated academic and professional history. It is not used for any other purpose.
• Academic History: Degree, course, institution, and year of completion for each level of education (10th, 12th, UG, and optional PG).
• Professional Profile: LinkedIn and GitHub URLs (optional), total years of experience, primary and secondary skills, and cover letter.
• Resume: Uploaded document (PDF or DOCX, max 2 MB) forwarded to our internal hiring team.

Lawful basis: Legitimate Interest — evaluating candidates for senior engineering positions at Nouku. No data is stored in a persistent database; it is transmitted via encrypted email to careers@noukutech.com and retained only within that mailbox for as long as the hiring process requires.
